author rights

However the works are eligible for protection and proof of anteriority can legally assign to a person of authorship without any possible doubt. If it proves that we are the first to hold the work on a given date, no one proves prior possession, you are legally the author of the work.

It is not clear with a technology like the Internet where works move so fast that copyright are often forgotten.

It is also important to guard against any attack by forming proofs. The authors can prove their rights through MaPreuve service that allows to produce proof of prior art, with its time-stamping system and method for electronic signature.

It is useful also to affix to your work when it is published online, the seal MaPreuve which allows any user to be informed of the identity of its owner, the date of protection and especially that it is well protected legally.
